These lovebirds were married this spring at the Philadelphia Navy Yard with a Pen Ryne Estate Reception…and it was an absolutely gorgeous day! We began with a first look on the coast of the Delaware River waterfront at The Navy Yard. Not only is the Navy Yard home to over 2,000 trees with beautiful garden beds, making it the perfect location to photograph their wedding party and couples portraits but there is also a deeply sentimental factor for this couple. As a navy veteran, this spot holds a special meaning for the two. Once the bride walked down the aisle with her handsome pup by her side, in the Navy Yard Chapel, the entire room lit up and smiled…especially Jason. It’s as if all the stars aligned, and you could feel this magical moment happening.
You can see the true love Rochelle and Jason have for each other and their family that touched each part of their day. The reception at the lovely Pen Ryn venue felt so magical. With all of the large windows, elegant decor, and uplighting details. Rochelle is actually an amazing wedding planner for other couples. From centerpieces, styling, and lots of little details, it was only fitting that she helped curate a spectacular experience for her own wedding day. We had way too much fun celebrating these two and their new journey together.
